• The entire building follows a 6m x 6m grid pattern in the plan connecting open and covered spaces, allowing for future expansion.

• The rainwater gutters are not common and it blends with the design.

• The windows are louver type which also supports the design strength.

• The proper landscape provides necessary shade the entire building complex.

• The pyramidal timber ceiling is also an existing feature.    

• In Gandhi Ashram the roof tiles having some specialties. The double layer roof tiles which insulate the hot air and provide cooling inside the building.
